I wanted to create an image that emanates mystery. The path leading into the forest invites the traveler to explore the woods deeper, but its poor condition signals that nature is steadily taking over and one can never know what sort of wild secrets are hidden within.
Biography:
Broci is a Finnish comic artist and illustrator. After gaining a BA in Fashion and Clothing Design from the Lahti Institute of Design, they now create art inspired by mythologies, horror stories, comics and manga, music and movies. Broci has been publishing a webcomic since 2014, has produced short comic story collections and graphic novels, and has illustrated all manner of books and book covers – all with characteristic dark and ethereal flare.
